A 22-Year Journey to Manufacturing Excellence
Our story is one of passion, precision, and strategic growth. We didn’t become a global leader overnight. We built our expertise step-by-step, always focused on a single goal: being the most reliable partner for brands who, like us, believe in quality.
2004 – Hong Ding is Established
Our journey begins. Hong Ding is established in Asia with a dedicated team of 250 employees, setting the foundation for our manufacturing excellence.
2009 – HopLok China Founded
HopLok China is founded, establishing itself as a specialized manufacturer of high-quality handbags and leather goods.
2013-2014 – Major Growth
Our Hong Ding facility scales up significantly to 800 employees and launches its dedicated leather business, investing in modern technology.
2018 – Strategic Acquisition & Expansion
A pivotal year. HongDing acquires HopLok China, bringing its handbag expertise into our group. That same year, we expand operations into Cambodia to meet growing needs for supply chain diversification.
2019 – HongCen Cambodia Established
To further strengthen our “China + Cambodia” strategy, HongCen (Cambodia) is established to serve our dedicated belt customers with high-volume capacity.
2023 – Vertical Integration
We take control of our supply chain by founding Pro Pelli (Cambodia), our self-owned facility specializing in belt leather and advanced finishing processes.
Today – A Global Leader
Today, our group includes 5 specialized factories (HongDing, LeZhao, HopLok, HongCen, ProPelli) and a US Design Team, employing over 4,500+ artisans and serving the world’s top brands.

One of Cambodia’s largest belt producers, Hong Cen is a powerhouse for high-volume manufacturing. It focuses on quality and efficiency to support major international demand.

HongCen (Cambodia)

ProPelli (Cambodia)
Pro Pelli is our strategic ace: our self-owned leather finishing facility. This LWG Gold-certified plant gives us unparalleled control over quality, cost, and customization for our belt leathers.

- Masters complex finishes: oil-tanned, crazy horse, pull-up, etc.
- Provides direct control over quality, cost, and lead times.
- High capacity: 20,000-50,000 sq/ft daily output.
HongDing (China)
Located in Dongguan, Hong Ding is our all-in-one innovation hub in China. It integrates a showroom, sales office, advanced sampling room, and mass production lines for belts under one roof.
