Hoplok, Cambodia: Bag Factory · 4,000 m²
Hoplok is our 4,000 m² bag factory in Cambodia. It produces leather and PU bags for brand and retail programs. Bag samples take 3–4 weeks; bulk production has a lead time of 60–90 days.
Our monthly bag production capacity is 30,000–60,000 leather bags and 500,000–800,000 PU bags. These are capacity ranges; your order schedule is confirmed against the design and production plan.
Hongcen Max, Cambodia: Belt Factory · 5,000 m²
Hongcen Max is our 5,000 m² belt factory in Cambodia. It is part of our belt manufacturing operation alongside HongDing in Dongguan. We plan production against the material, construction, quantities and delivery requirements of each order.
HongDing, Dongguan: Belt Factory · 5,000 m²
HongDing is our 5,000 m² belt factory in Dongguan, China. The facility supports belt development, sampling and production. Belt samples take 2–3 weeks; bulk production has a lead time of 60–90 days.
Our monthly belt production capacity is 600,000–800,000 PU belts and 200,000–300,000 leather belts. These are capacity ranges; your order schedule is confirmed against the product specifications and production plan.
ProPelli, Cambodia: Leather Finishing · 5,000 m²
ProPelli is a 5,000 m² leather finishing facility in Cambodia with a valid LWG Gold rating. It specializes in belt leather and other leather finishing on crust leather received from partner tanneries. Its role is leather finishing, rather than tanning raw hides.
