Bringing a leather product to market involves many steps: designing, finding materials, making samples, production, checking quality, and shipping. Managing all these different parts and suppliers can be complicated and stressful. That’s where our full-service approach makes a huge difference.

We coordinate material sourcing, leather finishing at ProPelli, cutting, assembly, and final inspection around your approved specifications. ProPelli receives crust leather from partner tanneries and handles the finishing stage.
Sampling lead times are 2–3 weeks for belts and 3–4 weeks for bags. Wallet and accessory sample schedules are confirmed against the design and materials. Share your specifications so we can agree on the sample review schedule.
Our bulk production lead time is 60–90 days. We confirm the production schedule with your order, including materials, quantities and sample approval. Shipping transit is quoted separately for your destination and transport method.

Design & Consultation
It starts with your vision. Share your designs or ideas. Our experts provide feedback to make sure your product is ready for perfect manufacturing.

Material Sourcing
We find the perfect leather and hardware. We use our global network and in-house finishing facility. You get material samples to approve.

Prototyping & Approval
Sampling lead times are 2–3 weeks for belts and 3–4 weeks for bags. Wallet and accessory sample schedules are confirmed against the design and materials. Share your specifications so we can agree on the sample review schedule.

High-Volume Production
After sample and order approval, we schedule production against the agreed materials, quantities and specifications. Changes are reviewed with your team.

Quality Control & Testing
Our QC team reviews materials, work in progress and finished goods. The inspection and testing plan is agreed for the product and destination, with external assessment where required.

Packaging & Global Delivery
We prepare the agreed packaging and coordinate shipment documentation and logistics. Confirm the destination, transport method, delivery terms and responsibilities in the quotation.

We’re excited to learn about your vision! To help us understand your needs quickly and give you the most accurate quote and timeline, having the following information ready is super helpful (but don’t worry if you don’t have everything!):
Branding Files
Provide editable vector artwork such as AI, EPS or SVG where available, or a suitable PDF. PSD and reference images can support the brief but are not necessarily vector artwork. Include the final logo dimensions.
Designs or Ideas
Do you have a technical drawing (tech pack)? Great! If not, no problem. Just send us clear pictures from different angles, sketches, or even photos of similar products you like. The more visual info, the better.
Artwork Files
If your design includes special prints, embroidery patterns, or custom hardware shapes, please provide these as vector files too. Make sure to include the dimensions (size).
Sizing & Dimensions
Tell us the size you need. For bags, belts, or desk mats, please provide the length, width, and height (if applicable). Clear measurements help us calculate material needs accurately.
