A 22-Year Journey to Manufacturing Excellence
Our story is one of passion, precision, and strategic growth. We didn’t become a global leader overnight. We built our expertise step-by-step, always focused on a single goal: being the most reliable partner for brands who, like us, believe in quality.
2004 – Hong Ding is Established
HongDing is our belt factory in Dongguan, China. The current facility covers 5,000 m² and supports belt development, sampling and production.
2009 – HopLok China Founded
HopLok China is founded, establishing itself as a specialized manufacturer of high-quality handbags and leather goods.
2013-2014 – Major Growth
HongDing works with our development and sourcing team to turn material and construction proposals into approved belt samples.
2018 – Strategic Acquisition & Expansion
A pivotal year. HongDing acquires HopLok China, bringing its handbag expertise into our group. That same year, we expand operations into Cambodia to meet growing needs for supply chain diversification.
2019 – HongCen Cambodia Established
To further strengthen our “China + Cambodia” strategy, HongCen (Cambodia) is established to serve our dedicated belt customers with high-volume capacity.
2023 – Vertical Integration
We take control of our supply chain by founding Pro Pelli (Cambodia), our self-owned facility specializing in belt leather and advanced finishing processes.
Today – A Global Leader
Hoplok operates four facilities covering 19,000 m²: one in Dongguan, China, and three in Cambodia.
- HongDing, Dongguan: belt factory, 5,000 m².
- Hoplok, Cambodia: bag factory, 4,000 m².
- Hongcen Max, Cambodia: belt factory, 5,000 m².
- ProPelli, Cambodia: leather finishing facility, 5,000 m².
Four Facilities, 19,000 m² of Manufacturing Space
Our current network comprises one belt factory in Dongguan and three facilities in Cambodia: a bag factory, a belt factory and a leather finishing facility.
HongDing · Dongguan
HongDing is our 5,000 m² belt factory in Dongguan, China. The facility supports belt development, sampling and production. Belt samples take 2–3 weeks; bulk production has a lead time of 60–90 days.
Hoplok · Cambodia
Hoplok is our 4,000 m² bag factory in Cambodia. It produces leather and PU bags for brand and retail programs. Bag samples take 3–4 weeks; bulk production has a lead time of 60–90 days.
Hongcen Max · Cambodia
Hongcen Max is our 5,000 m² belt factory in Cambodia. It is part of our belt manufacturing operation alongside HongDing in Dongguan. We plan production against the material, construction, quantities and delivery requirements of each order.
ProPelli · Cambodia
ProPelli is a 5,000 m² leather finishing facility in Cambodia with a valid LWG Gold rating. It specializes in belt leather and other leather finishing on crust leather received from partner tanneries. Its role is leather finishing, rather than tanning raw hides.
