Hoplok accepts B2B custom orders for ordinary fashion suspenders. Share your design or reference sample so we can review the strap construction, back layout, adjustment and trouser attachments as one assembly.
Specify whether you want leather straps or textile straps with leather details. Include the intended garment and wearing range: a photograph shows the appearance, but does not establish material composition, stretch or fit.
Send quantities by style, size and color, together with material and hardware references. We will review development and production timing for the proposed order.
Define the construction before requesting a sample
- Back layout
- X-back or Y-back reference, joining piece, seam arrangement and the position of each attachment.
- Strap materials
- Leather or textile construction, strap width and thickness, surface finish, backing and any elastic sections.
- Adjustment and fit
- Intended wearing range, measurement points, minimum and maximum adjustment, and whether lengths are measured relaxed or under a defined tension.
- Trouser attachments
- Clip, button-loop or other end design, matching garment details, metal finish and clearance through adjustment hardware.
- Branding and packing
- Logo artwork and placement, labels, size marking, retail presentation and protection for hardware during shipment.
Review the sample with the intended garment
Approve the complete assembly on the intended outfit. The garment fabric and attachment arrangement affect how the suspenders sit and how the ends behave during use. An isolated leather swatch or clip cannot establish the performance of the finished accessory.
- Check adjustment at both ends of the requested size range and whether the hardware holds its setting during agreed movement checks.
- Inspect strap edges, seams, back joining pieces and attachment reinforcement for workmanship and contact with the wearer.
- For clip ends, examine grip and any marking on the intended garment fabric. For button ends, confirm loop dimensions and garment button placement.
- Where elastic sections are specified, agree how extension and recovery will be measured on the sample.
- Record any color-transfer, seam, component or chemical-testing requirements for the actual materials and destination market.

Keep the approved design and quotation aligned
Document the material references, hardware, measurements and packing that the quotation includes. Review a change in strap width, elastic construction or end fittings before bulk approval; visually similar components may behave differently when assembled.

Questions to resolve before ordering
Can we request X-back and Y-back designs?
Include the required layout in your drawing or reference sample. The quotation and sample review will address its strap arrangement, joining construction and attachment positions.
Can the straps use leather and elastic together?
Specify which parts use each material and the fit you want. Review the proposed combination as a complete sample, including adjustment and recovery of any elastic sections.
What is the minimum order?
